What you can expect from Business OS 365, and what we expect from the people and companies using it.
Version 1.0
Effective 30 August 2026 · Last updated 30 August 2026. These documents describe how Business OS 365 works today. They are prepared for professional Malta/EU legal review and are not legal advice. Nothing here is certified, audited, regulator-approved or lawyer-approved.
1. Access is currently by invitation
2. Accounts and account security
Accounts are created with an email address and a password through Supabase Auth. Email verification is required: an unverified account cannot reach the workspace. There is no social or third-party sign-in today.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Companies, workspaces and roles
4. What the product does
Business OS 365 provides a Command Center and five operational zones — Inventory, Suppliers, Sales & Invoices, Expenses and Staff — plus Business OS 365 Intelligence, which reads existing records and explains what appears to need attention.
Intelligence is advisory. It does not act for you: it does not alter your records, spend money, publish anything, send messages or make consequential decisions. Every action remains a human decision. See the Intelligence & AI Transparency Policy.
5. Where your operational records are stored today
This is important and unusual, so it is stated plainly: the records you enter in the five operational zones are currently stored in your own browser on the device you use. They are not stored in a Business OS 365 server database, are not synchronised between your devices, are not shared with colleagues through the server, and are not backed up by us.
Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching browser or switching device can remove or hide those records. Do not rely on Business OS 365 as your only record of anything you cannot afford to lose during the preview period.
Account, company, membership and billing metadata is different: that is stored server-side. The Privacy Policy separates the two.
6. Acceptable use
7. Your content and your responsibility
8. Paid subscriptions
9. Changes to the service
10. Suspension and termination
11. No guaranteed business outcome
12. Items reserved for professional legal review
The following are deliberately not stated in this version, rather than guessed:
- governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording;
- limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers and indemnity wording;
- statutory consumer and business rights that may apply in your country;
- formal notice periods for changes to these terms.
These will be completed with professional Malta/EU legal review before general availability.
Operator and contact
Business OS 365 is operated by YK Digital Marketing in Malta. Full operator and contact details — including registered address, company registration and VAT information where applicable — are to be finalised before publication.
Until a published contact address is finalised, legal, privacy and billing requests should be raised through the account or workspace channel you were invited with. A dedicated legal contact address will be published here before general availability.
