Business OS 365 uses very little browser storage, and all of it is essential or functional. Nothing here tracks you.

1. Cookies and other browser storage

This policy covers cookies and equivalent technologies — including local storage and session storage — because Business OS 365 relies far more on local storage than on cookies.

2. What is stored today

bos365.first-run dismissal	localStorage	Remembers that you closed the first-run setup panel. Functional.
bos365.consent.v1	localStorage	Your cookie and storage choice: consent version, optional categories and the time you chose. Essential to honour your decision.
bos365:ui:*	sessionStorage	Interface state such as filters and scroll position, so a page returns as you left it. Functional.
sidebar_state	Cookie	Remembers whether the interface sidebar is expanded or collapsed. Functional.

3. Analytics

Not currently used. No analytics tool is installed — there is no Google Analytics, PostHog, Plausible, Segment or equivalent in this product today.

4. Marketing

Not currently used. No advertising, remarketing or social pixel is installed, and no marketing profile is built from your use of the site.

5. Stripe on payment surfaces

Where a paid subscription applies, checkout and the billing portal are provided by Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies or storage on those surfaces for payment processing and fraud prevention, under Stripe's own terms and notices. That is outside the categories controlled by the banner on this site.

6. Your choice, and how to change it

A banner asks for your choice before any optional category could ever be used. Essential and functional storage is always on: without it you cannot sign in, and your operational records cannot exist on the device.

Your decision is recorded on this device only — it is not stored in a database and does not follow you to another browser or device. If the consent version changes, you will be asked again.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using , which is also in the footer of every public page. You can additionally clear cookies and site data in your browser, which will also clear device-local records.

Operator and contact

Business OS 365 is operated by YK Digital Marketing in Malta. Full operator and contact details — including registered address, company registration and VAT information where applicable — are to be finalised before publication.

Until a published contact address is finalised, legal, privacy and billing requests should be raised through the account or workspace channel you were invited with. A dedicated legal contact address will be published here before general availability.
