Plain answers about what Business OS 365 Intelligence is, what it is not, and what it would take to change that.

1. What Intelligence is today

Business OS 365 Intelligence is deterministic software. It reads the records that already exist in your workspace on this device, applies fixed rules and thresholds, and explains what appears to need attention — citing the records behind each statement. The same records produce the same answer.

2. No external AI provider is used

Intelligence does not send your questions, prompts, records or business context to an external generative-AI or model provider. There is no such integration in the product today. No AI conversation, prompt or answer is stored in a database.

3. It is only as good as your records

Intelligence reasons from what is recorded. If records are missing, out of date or inaccurate, the output will be incomplete or wrong in the same way. It does not know anything about your business that you have not entered.

4. Advisory only — you decide

Intelligence does not act. Specifically, it does not:

create, change or delete your operational records;
spend money, place orders or make payments;
publish anything or send messages, emails or notifications on your behalf;
make consequential decisions about people, suppliers, stock or finances.

Every suggestion needs human review and a human action. It is not accounting, tax, legal, medical, employment or other professional advice.

5. Limits and mistakes

Rule-based reasoning can still be wrong for your situation: thresholds are general, context can be missing, and unusual operations may be misread. Treat output as a prompt to look, not as a conclusion.

6. If external generative AI is ever introduced

If a future version introduces an external generative-AI provider, this policy, its version number and the provider disclosure will be updated before that feature is enabled, and the data that would be sent will be described here explicitly. No such change will be made silently.

Operator and contact

Business OS 365 is operated by YK Digital Marketing in Malta. Full operator and contact details — including registered address, company registration and VAT information where applicable — are to be finalised before publication.

Until a published contact address is finalised, legal, privacy and billing requests should be raised through the account or workspace channel you were invited with. A dedicated legal contact address will be published here before general availability.
