Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens when a workspace pays, how to stop paying, and what is and is not promised about refunds.

Effective 30 August 2026 · Last updated 30 August 2026. These documents describe how Business OS 365 works today. They are prepared for professional Malta/EU legal review and are not legal advice. Nothing here is certified, audited, regulator-approved or lawyer-approved.
1. Who processes payment
Where paid access applies, subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe surfaces and stay with Stripe; Business OS 365 stores subscription metadata and provider identifiers only.
2. Prices and what is shown before payment
The plan, price, billing interval and any tax information shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Review them before confirming payment.
3. Recurring access
A subscription continues, and access continues with it, until it is cancelled according to the plan you selected and the state held by the payment provider. Plan and seat limits may apply to a workspace.
4. Cancelling
Cancellation and subscription management are available through the Billing area of the workspace, including the Stripe customer portal where enabled. Where a cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, Billing shows that scheduled date.
5. Refunds
Unless a specific offer says otherwise, there is no automatic money-back guarantee. This policy does not remove or limit any statutory rights that apply to you under the law of your country — those rights continue to apply.
6. Billing problems
Billing errors, duplicate charges, failed payments and service issues affecting a paid subscription can be raised through the legal and billing contact path described below, and will be reviewed on the facts.
7. Not stated in this version
Proration behaviour, dunning and payment-retry schedules, and formal refund windows are not stated here because they are not fixed in the product today. They will be published once settled and reviewed, rather than guessed.
